The polls have closed, the songs have been chosen for the live EP and we’re ready to announce our new name! There’s a lot of information in this email so please read on.

Immediately following the recording we will be hosting an AFTER PARTY at a local establishment where we will be joined by two other bands to bring you more music + a special stripped- down acoustic performance from us to close out the night. (More details to come on this)…

We realize that $20 may be a bit high for a ticket but our goal is to raise enough money to pay for this record & event. Between the recording studio, mixing time, and mastering we need to make around $3,500. We truly value you as fans and understand that money doesn’t grow on trees, which is why we’ve tried to cram as much value into the event as possible and we’ve come up with ways to make sure you feel like you’re getting your monies money’s worth.

If you purchase your ticket before the end of the night on Sunday 9/13/09 (midnight), we will write and record a song about you. Think about it – YOUR VERY OWN THEME SONG. How friggin cool is that?  We’ll email you a set of questions and have you pick a style of music and then hunker down in our rehearsal space and crank out your song just in time for the holidays. If you’re not into theme songs then we’ll write and record any song you like – just give us a little direction and we’ll run with it.

We understand if you can’t make it so we wanted to give you the opportunity to show your support AND get cool stuff in return.  We have made set it up it so that you can donate money to go towards the making of this EP.

Donate any amount of money you will get to hear the tracks before they are released.

Donate $20 or more by 9/13/09 and we’ll write your very own theme song!

Donate $50 or more any time and receive a copy of the EP when it’s released, and we’ll write your very own theme song. (Note there is no deadline to receive your song if you donate $50 or more).  Also, you’ll get an extra special limited-edition ultra-confidential super secret CD of unreleased jams that we’ve done over the past few years, never before heard by anyone!
