I wouldn't condone to piss anyone off, especially to those who may be potential fans. The splatter box does need a makeover. As always, I offer my services to help out any way I can. However there are several underlying problems with the splatter box. One is that it makes some people angry, such was the case at Copperfields. We don't really care about pissing people off all that much which brings me to its more dominate flaw. The thing is Fucking Huge!!! and not even remotely light weight, hence, why it scares some bar owners (they think its going to explode). Also due to the large size, we can't always fit it in the car. So we have to choose between a kick drum, or the splatter box, and Matt would not sound as good if he didn't have a kick drum. I have a plan to shrink it down so it rests on top of my bass amp in a much smaller scale. However like all my ideas they require implementing.
