Stem Vs Oliver's Night Club!
Things are getting exciting this week at Stem Co. We have ourselves a nice big show at Cask ‘n Flagon at the Oliver’s Nightclub (Nov -21st). We are excited for a few reasons – one is that the location is a good one. It’s right across from Fenway, which means a lot more people will be hearing our music. Even though the ball season is over it’s still a hub of activity there. Also we are playing with Ila Mawana, our band roommates and we always have a blast with them. They go on right after us…
Lastly it’s a new venue, and a new venue for us is another chance to kick ass for a new set of venue owners. I know all you Stem fans will be there cheering us on convincing everyone of the awesomeness so if we play great, and you guys get the dance floor rocking, then together we can take over that bar for the night.
And then we have another venue that that we can go back to and use as leverage to get into an even bigger place like The Middle East downstairs or the Paradise Rock Club. All in all, it brings us closer and closer to Stem taking over Boston and then eventually the world. MuHahahaha…
I look forward to rocking with all you this Friday.
Oh, and in case you haven’t seen it flying around, check out this video work that Matt Butler put together from the CD Release Show back in May. The first song from that two hour set is called “Empty Rooms”. Enjoy!
