Hello Stemites…

I wanted to make you all aware of a bit of news in the Stem world. We just started working with our good friend Jason Kozun on a new project. He is working on a surf documentary based on kayak surfing and wave ski. Check out http://www.southswellknights.com for a preview of the video and you will hear a nice little clip of “Dig My Own Grave” being played in the beginning. He’s based in good old Cali, where the man literally surfs and then parties, living the life.

Kayaking is this man’s expertise. As for me, I’m lucky I can row forward. Once I watched him flip himself underwater while strapped to his kayak, and for some reason I felt like it was not safe. Something about being strapped to a boat hanging upside down underwater does not bring comfort to my mind. If danger wasn’t my middle name I’d be scared.

As a side note, the last project me and Jay Kozun worked on was a band called Fort Awesome where we sang songs about getting Boners on Trains about 4 or 5 years ago. If you’re morbidly curious you can check it out here.
